Chilaquiles con Mole

INGREDIENTS:

100 Grams of Mole Traditional / Gourmet Rio Mar
1 Teaspoon of Chicken Bouillon
½ Cup of Water
4 Corn Tortillas (or Nacho Chips)
Shredded Chicken
Oaxaca Cheese
Cream  
Oil to Taste  
Pepper to Taste  
Onion to Taste  

Bring the water and Chicken Bouillon to a rapid boil in a saucepan.  Lower to medium heat.  Add the Traditional / Gourmet Rio Mar Mole.  Stir until a thick sauce is formed.  Put on one side.   

Cut the tortillas in triangles and brown them.  Place them on a plate and add the chicken.  Cover with the Mole Sauce to taste.  Sprinkle with cheese and put a spoon of cream on top.  .
